Year 6 kinderagrten is the prelude to children's primary schooling. They soon will face new environment and new academic pressure. We aim to prepare them for the new lives, added pressures and lay the foundations for the health lifestyles.

Programme Objective

To transform them into self-starters in learning as well as engagements in beneficial activities at the supports of their families and teachers for their altogether developments.

Intellectual development

The programme enriches their intellects through "discovery" theme-based hands-on activities. The discovery model will instill creativity in children and cultivate their initiative and inquisitiveness in exploring new knowledge and ways relevant to the theme-based educational hands-on activities.

Artistic dvelopment

This programme employes musical activities, such as singing, dancing and playing musical instruments and arts and crafts sessions to uncover their hidden artisitic talents. The programme enables them to subjectively express their inner creativities through the activities. Besides, their motor skills are reinforced through application of the musical instruments and stationeries.

Physical development

Apart from children's mental growths, our programme places equal importance in our children's physical well-beings. Our daily age approporate outdoor aerobic excercies and weekly indoor gymnasiums have ensured their physical fitnesses. Furthermore, the programme inculcates them healthy behaviours and impart them with fundamental health-related knowledge which are indispensable to their overall physical developments.

Moral and ethical development

The moral aspect of our programme stresses on developing their emergent moral senses on a basis of a set of fundamental moral and ethical principles. in addition, discipline, or self-regulation, is a core concept of our programme, among other essential principles of morality. The moral teaching is conducted through modelling by our teachers, storytelling, instilling them moral behaviours and their participations in moral conducts,. Family values gained by our kids are results of our "children and parents grow together" theme.

Social and emoitonal development

At this phase, changes in ther social lives follow their primary schoolings. The programme stresses on their adaptabilities to new surroundings by cultivating them with elementary public presentation skills.

Parents' participation

Parents' participation is an integral part of Eduland programme.The scope of implementation of the programme spans through the kindergarten to their respective homes. Teachers and parents are in constant interactions for understanding children, addressing children's matters and monitoring their progresses. The programme as well provides more spaces for parents to assume more significant roles in their kids' early childhood developments. This is realised through our series of hassle-free and light-hearted parenting trainings and seminars and daily beneficial parenting guidances and tips practicable at homes.
